Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final on Custom Orders

All products sold through San Diego Custom T-Shirts are made to order based on customer-submitted artwork and specifications. Because each item is produced exclusively for the individual purchaser, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Eligible Claims

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with any of the following defects, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at our discretion:

  • Manufacturing defects in the garment (tears, holes, faulty stitching, or other damage present upon receipt)
  • Print defects attributable to our production process (misalignment, incomplete coverage, incorrect artwork applied)

Claims based on customer-submitted artwork errors, including low-resolution files, incorrect colors, or design elements submitted by the customer, are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Color Variation Disclaimer

Design files submitted in RGB color format are converted to CMYK for the printing process. This conversion may result in slight variations in color tone between what is displayed on screen and the final printed product. Such variations are an inherent characteristic of the print production process and do not constitute a defect. Color tone differences resulting from RGB to CMYK conversion are not eligible for refund or replacement.

For best results, we recommend submitting artwork in CMYK format whenever possible.

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a claim, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. Please include your order number and clear photographs documenting the defect.

Refund Processing

Once a claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for your financial institution to process and post the credit to your account.
