Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are custom-produced upon receipt. Production begins after order confirmation and receipt of customer artwork.

Same-Day Production & Shipping

Same-day production and shipping is available exclusively for Classic Unisex Tee in White and Black colorways. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time to qualify for same-day processing. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Standard Production Time

All other colors and garment styles require 2–4 business days for production prior to shipment.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $99.00: Shipping calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination via UPS.
  • Orders $99.00 and above: Free standard shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available at our facility:

7949 Silverton Ave, Ste 921, San Diego, CA 92126

Pick-up hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pick-up. Same-day orders are typically ready for pick-up in the afternoon. Please wait for your notification before coming in.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, as our carrier UPS does not service these locations.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. San Diego Custom T-Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue.
