Terms of Service
1. General
By placing an order with San Diego Custom T-Shirts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Our services are available exclusively within the United States.
2. Orders & Production
All orders are custom-produced based on artwork submitted by the customer. By placing an order, you confirm that the design file submitted is the final version approved for print. San Diego Custom T-Shirts does not provide graphic design services, including but not limited to image upscaling, background removal, color correction, or artwork modification. Orders are processed as submitted.
3. Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork to our platform, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the submitted design or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for its use. San Diego Custom T-Shirts assumes no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork. The customer accepts full legal responsibility for the content of their submitted designs.
4. Payment
Retail Orders: Full payment is required at the time of order through our secure checkout platform powered by Shopify.
Bulk Orders (50 units or more): Bulk orders may be paid via Zelle or ACH bank transfer. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required prior to production. The remaining balance is due in full prior to shipment or at the time of pick-up. Orders will not be released until payment is received in full.
5. Turnaround & Fulfillment
Retail Orders:
- White and Black garments: Same-day production and shipping or local pick-up available for orders placed during business hours.
- All other colors: 2–4 business days production time.
Bulk Orders (50 units or more): Turnaround time varies based on order quantity. A production timeline will be provided at the time of order confirmation. San Diego Custom T-Shirts is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
All sales are final on custom orders. In the event of a dispute, customers agree to contact San Diego Custom T-Shirts directly prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute through their financial institution or payment processor. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be contested. San Diego Custom T-Shirts reserves the right to recover any associated chargeback fees from the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
San Diego Custom T-Shirts' liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, County of San Diego, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
